How it works

Set up once, in about ten minutes.

Four steps to get your shop live. After that every order runs the same way, whether it's a single design or a full gangsheet.

  1. 1

    Claim your subdomain

Sign up, pick your shop name, and yourshop.dtfcheckout.com is live on the spot. Point your own domain at it when you're ready — SSL is handled for you.

  2. 2

    Add your branding

Upload your logo, choose your colors, and write your own turnaround copy. Customers see your shop, not ours — first click through payment receipt.

  3. 3

    Set your prices

Enter your price per square foot, line minimums, maximum sheet width, and gangsheet gap. Every quote customers see comes from your numbers.

  4. 4

    Connect Stripe

Paste in your own Stripe keys and payments settle directly with you — no commission, no middleman. Add ShipStation in the same screen.

Everything included

However the order comes in, you're ready to print.

Your storefront sells two ways — and both end in the same paid order, the same artwork checks, and the same print-ready sheet.

Quick-order forms

For single designs. Customers enter width, height, and quantity and see the price instantly — your per-sqft rate, your line minimums, your max sheet width. Run one form per product: DTF, UV DTF, stickers, anything priced by area.

Customer gangsheet builder

For full sheets. Customers drag, resize, rotate, and duplicate artwork on a live canvas at your sheet width — auto-arrange included — and pay by the square foot for exactly the sheet they build.

Artwork pipeline

Catch bad artwork before it hits the printer.

Big files upload in chunks, previews render automatically, and every upload is checked so the order that reaches you is one you can actually print.

  • Chunked uploads for large PNG, TIFF, PDF, EPS, AI, and SVG
  • Live effective-DPI meter as customers resize
  • Background-transparency warnings before checkout

Production

Print-ready gangsheets, built the moment you're paid.

Every paid order is auto-composited into a 300 DPI PNG at your sheet width — packed, gapped, and stamped. Customer-built sheets render exactly as designed. No manual layout, no wasted film.

  • Automatic compositing at your sheet width
  • Efficient packing with consistent gaps
  • Regenerate on demand from the dashboard

After the payment

Run production and shipping from one dashboard.

Every order lands in the same dashboard, no matter which flow it came through. Track it from paid to out the door while your customers stay posted automatically.

  • Statuses from paid through picked up or shipped, with customer emails at every step
  • Due dates and rush flags keep production on schedule
  • Ready-to-ship orders land in ShipStation with details pre-filled

Use cases

Built for the way DTF shops actually sell.

Orders come from your website, your inbox, or your Instagram bio. However they start, they all end the same way — priced, paid, and print-ready in your dashboard.

You have a website, but orders are still manual

Your site brings people in and then hands them to a contact form, an email thread, and an invoice you type by hand. Add one link and customers size their transfer, upload artwork, and pay — the order is in production before you finish reading the notification.

Your shop lives on social media

Link in bio, story sticker, or a reply to the tenth "how much for a 10x10?" this week. Point followers at a branded page that quotes the price, collects the file, and takes the payment — instead of quoting in DMs at 11pm and chasing the money later.

You are done renting a gangsheet builder

If a builder subscription is one of your bigger monthly bills — or takes a slice of every sheet on top of it — you are paying rent on your own checkout. Here the builder is the storefront: your domain, your rate per square foot, your Stripe account, one flat plan.

You want your Etsy buyers on your own store

Etsy takes a cut of every sale and keeps the customer relationship. Move your repeat buyers to a store that looks like your brand, where they sign into their own account, reorder past artwork, and pay you directly — the whole ticket, minus card processing.

The printer just landed and you need customers

No website, no developer, nothing to build. Claim a subdomain, set your price per square foot, connect Stripe, and you are open — with a real checkout and production-ready gangsheets from the very first order, on a plan sized to the orders you are actually taking.

You already decorate — DTF is the add-on

Screen printers, embroiderers, and sign shops already have the customer list. Give them a self-serve transfer page for the one-offs and short runs that were never worth writing a quote for, and let it keep selling while you run the press.

Also a fit for shops running every order through texts and email threads, trade printers with repeat wholesale accounts, and craft or vinyl sellers adding transfers to the lineup.

No platform required

Keep your website. Keep your customers. Keep your margin.

No Shopify or WooCommerce needed. Add a link or button to the site you already have — your customers order and pay on your branded DTF Checkout page. Nothing to rebuild, no store to migrate, and no marketplace skimming a cut of every order.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What's the difference between the quick-order form and the gangsheet builder?

The quick-order form is built for single designs: customers upload one file, enter width, height, and quantity, and check out. The gangsheet builder is built for full sheets: customers arrange as many designs as they want on a drag-and-drop canvas at your sheet width and pay for exactly the sheet they build. Every storefront includes both, and both end in the same paid, print-ready order.

Do I need Shopify, WooCommerce, or my own website?

No. Your storefront lives at your own subdomain instantly, and you can point a custom domain at it later. If you already have a website, just add a link or button to your DTF Checkout page — nothing to rebuild.

How do I get paid?

You plug in your own Stripe keys and order payments settle directly with you. We never sit in the middle of your money, and we take no commission on your orders.

How is pricing calculated for customers?

You set your rate per square foot, your line minimums, and your maximum sheet width. Both flows price by the square foot: on the quick-order form the price updates live as customers type, and in the gangsheet builder it tracks the sheet as they build it.

What happens after a customer pays?

The order lands in your dashboard and is automatically composited into a print-ready 300 DPI gangsheet at your sheet width — customer-built sheets render exactly as designed. Customers get status emails from paid through pickup or shipping.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Upload your logo, pick your colors, and run the storefront on your subdomain or your own custom domain — SSL is handled automatically.

Stop taking DTF orders by DM and email.

Claim your subdomain, set your per-square-foot price, and your storefront goes live immediately — quick-order form and gangsheet builder included.
